Troubleshooting Hints
1. CHECK to see that CIG LTR (Fuse 13) is not open. If fuse is open, LOCATE and REPAIR source of overload, then replace fuse.2. If fuse is not open, proceed with Diagnostics.
3. CHECK that Ground G403 is clean and tight.
4. Always CHECK Terminal contact before replacing any Component.
5. Ensure power door lock system is operating properly before proceeding. If not, refer to Power Door Locks for repair. Locks
^ CHECK for a broken (or partially broken) wire inside of the insulation which could cause system malfunction but prove GOOD in a Continuity/Voltage check with a system disconnected. These Circuits may be intermittent or resistive when loaded, and if possible, should be checked by monitoring for a Voltage drop with the system operational (under load).
