Heater Front Pipe

Auxiliary Heater Inlet And Outlet Front Pipe Assembly:

Remove or Disconnect

1. Engine coolant.
2. Front pipes from the rear pipes.
3. Bolts retaining the front pipes to the body.
4. Clips retaining the front pipes to the body.
5. Front pipes from the heater hoses.
6. Auxiliary heater front pipes.

Install or Connect

1. Auxiliary heater front pipes.
2. Front pipes to the heater hoses.
3. Clips to retain the front pipes to the body.
4. Bolts to retain the front pipes to the body.

Tighten
^ Bolts to 4 N.m (35 lb in).

5. Front pipes to the rear pipes.
6. Engine coolant.
^ Check the system for leaks.
