Power Steering Pump Pulley Replacement

^ Tools Required:
- J 25034-B Power Steering Pulley Remover
- J 25033-B Power Steering Pump Pulley Installer

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT

All Gasoline Engine:




6.5L Diesel Engine:





1. The serpentine belt from the vehicle.

Steering Pump Pulley Remover:





2. Install J 25034-B to the outer lip of the steering pump and remove the pulley.

INSTALL OR CONNECT

Steering Pump Pulley Installer:





1. Using J 25033-B install the steering pump pulley to the pump.
2. The serpentine belt to the vehicle.
