Intermediate Heater Pipe

Intermediate Auxiliary Heater Pipe:

Remove or Disconnect

1. Drain the coolant.
2. The exhaust system as necessary.
3. The heat shields from the vehicle.
4. The heater hose connections from the front inlet and outlet pipe.
5. The heater hose connections at the rear heater pipes.
6. The retainers from the vehicles body.
7. The intermediate heater pipe from the vehicle.

Install or Connect

1. The intermediate heater pipe to the vehicle.
2. The retainers to the vehicles body.

Tighten
^ The retainers to the body to 5 N.m (44 lb in).

3. The heater hose connections at the rear heater pipes.
4. The heater hose connections to the front inlet and outlet pipe.
5. The heat shields to the vehicle.
6. The exhaust system as necessary.
7. Refill the coolant.
