J 39529 Heater Hose Pliers

Remove or Disconnect

1. Partially drain the engine coolant.
2. The air cleaner, if necessary.
3. The coolant recovery reservoir or surge tank, if necessary.
4. The hose clamps using J 39529.
5. The hose support clamps, brackets, and/or retainers, as necessary.
6. The heater hose from the vehicle.

Install or Connect

1. The heater hose to the vehicle.
2. The hose support clamps, brackets, and/or retainers, as necessary.
3. The hose clamps using J 39529.
4. The coolant recovery reservoir or surge tank, if necessary.
5. The air cleaner, if necessary.
6. Re-fill the engine coolant.
^ Verify the system for leaks.
