Keyless Entry

The Remote Control Door Lock Receiver replaces the Illuminated Entry Module for vehicles equipped with Remote Keyless Entry. The Remote Control Door Lock Receiver provides the lamps-off delay after all of the doors are closed as described for the Illuminated Entry Module. It also turns on the Dome Lamps and optional Stepwell Lamps when the vehicle's doors are unlocked remotely.

The lamps will remain on for approximately 40 seconds or until the Ignition Switch is placed in RUN or START.

The Remote Control Door Lock Receiver is powered at all times from the PWR ACCY Fuse A through the ORN (540) wire. It is grounded by the BLK (150) wire at Ground G201 or Ground G200 (Upfitter Provisions). The remaining interior lighting circuits operate in the same manner as for the Illuminated Entry Module.
