Toe Description
The toe-in is the turning in of the wheels, while the toe-out is the turning out of the wheels to the geometric centerline or thrust line (1). The purpose of the toe angle is to control parallel rolling of the front wheels and to offset any small deflections of the wheel support system that occurs when the vehicle is rolling forward. The incorrect toe angle will results in excessive tire wear. The toe angle is the last adjustment in the front wheel alignment procedure.
