(Replace Center Roller Bracket and Bumper)

1996-2000 Chevrolet and GMC G-Van (Plant Code 1)

This bulletin is being revised to correct a labor operation number. Please discard Corporate Bulletin Number 00-08-64-010 (Section 08 - Body and Accessories).

Condition

Some customers may comment that the sliding side door has high opening and closing efforts or misalignment at the rear of the door.

Cause

The center roller bracket may be bent.

Correction

Install a new center roller bracket and a center roller bumper.
