Transmission Oil Cooler Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the grill.
2. Disconnect the oil cooler line from the oil cooler.
Refer to Oil Cooler Line Replacement

3. Remove the four bolts securing the auxiliary oil cooler brackets to the radiator support.





4. Remove the four bolts and the nuts securing the auxiliary oil cooler to the two brackets.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE





1. Install the four bolts and the nuts securing the auxiliary oil cooler to the two brackets.
- Tighten the bolts to 6 Nm (53 inch lbs.).

NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the four bolts securing the oil cooler brackets to the radiator support.
- Tighten the bolts to10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).

3. Connect the oil cooler line to the oil cooler. Refer to Oil Cooler Line Replacement.
4. Install the grill.
