Console Trim Panel Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Cautions and Notices.

1. Remove the negative battery cable.
2. Remove screws from console trim plate.
3. Remove console trim plate by lifting at the rear of the plate and sliding rearward.
4. Remove electrical connector from console trim plate.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install electrical connector to the console trim plate.
2. Install the console trim plate to the console by sliding in from the rear.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

3. Install the console trim plate screws.

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

4. Install the negative battery cable.
