Lubricate
    Steering and Suspension
      Lubricate chassis components (or every 3 months whichever occurs first). Lubricate the front suspension, ball joints, steering linkage, transmission shift linkage, transfer case shift linkage, parking brake cable guides, rear driveline center splines. Ball joints should not be lubricated unless their temperature is -12 degrees C (10 degrees F) or higher or they could be damaged.

    Brakes and Traction Control
Replace
    Oil Filter, Engine
      Or every 3 months, whichever occurs first.
    Fluid - Differential
      Except 3500 HD models; If driving in dusty areas or towing a trailer, drain fluid and refill every 25 000 km (15,000 miles). More frequent lubrication may be required for heavy-duty or off-road use.
    Engine Oil
      Or every 3 months, whichever occurs first.
Clean/Repack
    Wheel Bearing
      Clean and repack the front wheel bearings (or at each brake relining whichever occurs first).
