Rear Seat Audio

Voltage to the rear seat audio module is provided by the following components:
^ The ignition switch (in the ACCY or the RUN position)
^ The RDO IGN fuse 24
^ CKT 1301 (DK GRN)

The voltage for button illumination is provided by the following components:
^ The headlamp switch (in the PARK position)
^ The PARK LPS fuse 5
^ CKT 2409(BRN)

CKT 1050 (BLK) provides the ground path to G206. Data communication is provided by CKT 1011 (DK GRN) from the rear seat audio module to the radio. This allows for control of the following features:
^ Power
^ AM/FM selection
^ Tape/CD selection
^ Radio preset/programming
^ SEEK

When the rear seat audio module is requested ON, power-on signal voltage is available to CKT 1011 (DK GRN) and the radio. The radio then supplies battery voltage to the following components:
^ CKT 314 (PNK)
^ The amplifier
^ The rear seat audio module The voltage provides the following functions:
^ Illuminates the power-on indicator of the rear seat audio module to provide consumer visual feedback
^ Switches audio signal routing from the rear speakers to the rear seat audio module

The rear seat audio module provides two headphone jacks with volume controls for each headphone jack output. Balancing of the audio signal is not required.
