Door Wiring Harness Replacement

Removal Procedure

Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Service Precautions.

1. Disconnect the battery negative cable.
2. Remove the door trim panel.
3. Remove the door trim panel.
4. Remove the water deflector.




5. Disconnect the following electrical connectors as necessary:

* The power mirror connector (1)
* The power accessory switch connectors (2)
* The power door lock actuator connector (3)
* The power window motor connector (4)
* The cross-body wiring harness connectors (5)
* The speaker connector (6)

6. Remove the wiring retainers.
7. Remove the door wiring harness from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the wiring harness to the vehicle.
2. Install the wiring harness retainers.




3. Connect the following electrical connections as necessary:

* The power mirror connector (1)
* The power accessory switch connectors (2)
* The power door lock actuator connector (3)
* The power window motor connector (4)
* The cross-body wiring harness connectors (5)
* The speaker connector (6)

4. Install the water deflector.
5. Install the door trim panel.
6. Install the door trim panel.
7. Connect the battery negative cable.
