Compressor/Pump Relay: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution.





1. Disconnect the battery negative cable.
2. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
3. Remove the relay retainers from the automatic level control air compressor bracket.
4. Remove the relay from the bracket.





5. Remove the relay from the electrical connector.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE





1. Install the relay to the electrical connector.





NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the relay and retainers to the automatic level control air compressor bracket.
3. Lower the vehicle.
4. Connect the battery negative cable.
