Idler Pulley Replacement (Without A/C)

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the drive belt.
2. Remove the drive belt idler pulley bolt.
3. Remove the drive belt idler pulley from the power steering pump mounting bracket.


Installation Procedure

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.





1. Install the drive belt idler pulley and bolt to the power steering pump mounting bracket.
Tighten the bolt to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
2. Install the drive belt.
