Instrument Panel (IP) - Front Door Upper Bar Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the trim panel.
2. Remove the bolts that retain the bar to the door.
3. Remove the inner panel upper bar from the door.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the inner panel upper bar to the door.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the three bolts that retain the bar to the door.

Tighten
Tighten the bolts that retain the bar to the door to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

3. Install the trim panel.
