Headlamp Switch: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the instrument panel cluster trim plate.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) at the back of the headlamp switch.
4. Remove the switch from the plate by using the following procedure:
4.1. Release the retaining tabs on the sides of the switch.
4.2. Pull the switch out of the plate.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the headlamp switch to the plate by snapping the switch into place.
2. Connect the electrical connector(s) to the back of the switch.
3. Install the instrument panel cluster trim plate.
4. Connect the negative battery cable.
