Air Distribution System Description

A series of air doors are located within the heater module:

* A temperature door
* A vent door
* A defroster door

These air doors are hinged parts that direct the airflow through various sections of the heater module. This provides the proper airflow for the selected operating mode. Each air door is controlled by a control cable from the heater control assembly.

Mode Valves

The heater system consists of three operating modes:

* Vent
* Heater
* Defrost
