Horn Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Disconnect the horn electrical connector from the horn.




2. Remove the horn mounting nut (4), washer (5) and bolt (3).
3. Remove the horn (1).

Installation Procedure




1. Install the horn (1) to the frame rail.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install horn mounting bolt (3), washer (5), and nut (4).

Tighten the nut to 17 Nm (13 lb ft).

3. Connect the horn electrical connector to the horns.
