Unable To Contact Call Center - OnStar

Diagnostic Chart:

TEST DESCRIPTION
This procedure diagnoses the "Unable to Contact OnStar" prompt from the OnStar(R) system.
2. This step verifies that the call to the OnStar(R) Center will not go through.
3. This step tests for a short to power in the XCVR DIG return circuit.
4. This step ensures that the OnStar� system is configured properly.
