TEST DESCRIPTION
This procedure determines the problem with the OnStar(R) Center commands if they are inoperative. The vehicle must be in an area capable of transmitting and receiving cellular signals. The following numbers refer to the steps in the table.
2. This step verifies that the phone is presently capable of placing a call. This step also insures that the OnStar(R) system is properly configured.
3. This step tests the Horn Honk command from the OnStar(R) Call Center.
5. This step tests the Lock command from the OnStar(R) Call Center.
7. This step tests the Unlock command from the OnStar(R) Call Center.
9. This step tests the Lights Flash command from the OnStar(R) Call Center.
