TEST DESCRIPTION
The following numbers refer to the steps in the table.
2. This step checks that the call to the OnStar (R) Center will not go through.
3. This step checks for a short to power in the XCVR DIG Return circuit.
4. This step insures that the OnStar� system is configured properly.
