CD Player/CD Changer

The CD Player is a single disk unit, mounted in the dash below the radio, connected to a six disk CD Changer, contained in the center floor console. These two units receive power when the radio is on. The CD Player's power comes through CKT 180 (BRN), while the Changer receives power through CKT 1140 (ORN). Grounds for both units go to the radio through CKT 150 (BLK). Circuits connecting the CD Player and CD Changer to the radio are the same circuits used for the Vehicle Interface Unit (VIU). The dimming function for the CD Player comes through CKT 8 (GRN) and is fed from the radio. Data link between the CD Player/CD Changer and the radio runs through CKT 835 (DK GRN).
