Grille Replacement (Lower)

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the upper radiator grille.
2. Remove the five screws that retain the lower grille to the core support.
3. Remove the three screws in each front fender well that retains the lower grille to the fender extension.
4. Remove the lower grille from the vehicle.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the lower grille.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the three screws in each front fender well in order to retain lower grille to the fender extension.

Tighten the grille screws to 3 N.m (27 lb in).

3. Install the five screws that retain lower grille to the core support.

Tighten the grille screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

4. Install the upper radiator grille.
