Shift Lever - Assemble

Assembly Procedure





1. Install the shift lever seal (2) onto the shift lever (4).
2. Install the shift lever (4) and secure it with a shift lever screw (3).

Notice: Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

- Tighten the screw to 1.5 Nm (13 inch lbs.).
3. The shift lever seal must be seated in the shrouds.
4. Install the upper and lower shroud assembly. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers -Assemble - Off Vehicle (Column Shift).Service and Repair
