Non-Greasy Stains
The following substances cause non-greasy stains:
* Catsup
* Black coffee
* Egg
* Fruit
* Fruit juice
* Milk
* Soft drinks
* Wine
* Vomit
* Blood
* Urine
In order to clean a non-greasy stain, perform the following steps:
* Carefully scrape off the excess matter.
* Sponge the stain with cool water.
* If the stain remains, use a multi-purpose foam-type cleaner or equivalent in order to remove the stain.
In order to remove an odor left over after cleaning vomit or urine, perform the following steps:
* Treat the area with a water and baking soda solution of 5 mm (1 teaspoon) of baking soda to 250 mm (1 cup) of lukewarm water.
* If needed, clean the area lightly with a solvent-type fabric cleaner.
