A/T Shift Lock Control - Disassemble

Disassembly Procedure
1. Remove the upper and lower shrouds. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers - Disassemble - Off Vehicle.

Important: Using excessive force in removing the electrical BTSI actuator from the steering column may cause damage.





2. Remove the electrical BTSI actuator from the steering column.
3. Use a screwdriver to pry the electrical BTSI actuator from the steering column jacket assembly.
