Power Door Locks - Inoperative - Side Door Delay

Diagnostic Chart:

IMPORTANT: This diagnostic procedure is for side door delay lock inoperative only. The side door should lock immediately when closed and the power door locks are activated. To check this function perform the following steps in order:
1. Turn the ignition to the RUN position
2. Open the cargo or side door
3. Switch the power door locks to the LOCK position
4. Close the cargo or side door
5. Wait 5 seconds

The body control module should re-lock the doors after the 5 second delay.
