Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the engine cover.
2. Remove the air intake retaining fastener.
3. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct from the throttle body assembly.




4. Disconnect the IAT sensor harness connector from the IAT sensor.




5. Loosen the air cleaner outlet duct from the MAF sensor assembly.
6. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the air cleaner outlet duct to the MAF sensor assembly.




2. Connect the IAT sensor harness connector.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.




3. Install the air intake duct on the throttle. body assembly and tighten the retaining fastener.

Tighten
Tighten the fastener 2 N.m (18 lb in).

4. Install the engine cover.
