Air Cleaner Outlet Resonator

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Loosen the clamp at the air cleaner outlet duct at the mass air flow/intake air temperature (MAF/IAT) sensor assembly.
2. Remove the duct from the MAF/IAT sensor assembly.




3. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct retaining wing nut.




4. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct and resonator from the throttle body by pivoting the air cleaner outlet duct and resonator upward until the hinge clip releases from the I/P on the throttle body.




5. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the air cleaner outlet duct.




2. Align the hinge clip with the I/P on the throttle body. Install the air cleaner outlet duct to the throttle body by pivoting the air cleaner outlet tube and resonator downward until the mounting stud is through the hole in the air cleaner outlet duct.




3. Install the air cleaner outlet duct retaining wing nut.




4. Install the air cleaner outlet duct to the MAF/IAT sensor assembly.
