Courtesy Lamp Replacement - Exterior

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Use a flat-bladed tool in order to pry off the exterior courtesy lamp assembly.
2. Disconnect the electrical wires.




3. Remove the 2 retaining screws.
4. Remove the bulb.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the bulb.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the 2 retaining screws.

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (17 lb in).

3. Connect the electrical wires.




4. Install the exterior courtesy lamp into the rear view mirror until the lamp snaps into place.
