Door Wiring Harness Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the cowl kick panel.




2. Disconnect the cross car wiring harness.




3. Remove the conduit.
4. Remove the trim panel.
5. Remove the water deflector.
6. Disconnect the power mirror connector (9), as necessary.
7. Disconnect the keyless entry connector (10), as necessary.
8. Disconnect the connector (2) from the power door lock actuator, as necessary.
9. Disconnect the wiring connector (7) from the power window motor, as necessary.
10. Remove the courtesy lamp harness retainers, as necessary.
11. Remove the speaker.
12. Disconnect the speaker wiring harness connector (8), as necessary.
13. Remove the door wiring harness from the door.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the door wiring harness to the door.
2. Connect the speaker wiring harness connector (8), as necessary.
3. Install the speaker.
4. Install the courtesy lamp harness retainers, as necessary.
5. Connect the wiring connector (7) to the power window motor, as necessary.
6. Install the connector (2) for the power door lock actuator into the latch, as necessary.
7. Connect the keyless entry connector (10), as necessary.
8. Connect the power mirror connector (9), as necessary.
9. Install the water deflector.
10. Install the trim panel.
11. Install the conduit.




12. Connect the cross car wiring harness.
13. Install the cowl kick panel.
