72. Oil Pump Installation

1. Install the oil pump with the driveshaft.
2. Apply Sealer GM P/N 12345493 or equivalent to the oil pump bolts.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the oil pump bolts.
Tighten the oil pump bolts to 90 Nm (65 ft. lbs.).
