11 Inch Axle:

Real axle identification information is stamped on the right side axle tube near the differential housing. The information includes the following.
^ Manufacturing date(1)
^ Part Number (2)
^ Model number (3)
^ Limited slip identification tag (4)
^ Ratio tag (5)

In order to verify reports made on the rear axle assembly, include full code letters and build date numbers.
