Mode Door Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the floor air outlet.
2. Remove the mode actuator (13).
3. Remove the clips holding the air distribution case halves together.
4. Separate the air distribution case from the heater case.
5. Tilt the lower half of the heater case (12) down in order to expose the mode door (14).
6. Remove the mode door (14) from the case (12).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the mode door (14) to the case (12).
2. Tilt the lower half of the heater case (12) up.
3. Install the air distribution case to the heater case.
4. Install the clips holding the air distribution case halves together.
5. Install the mode actuator (13).
6. Install the floor air outlet.
