Recirculation Door Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the instrument panel storage compartment.
2. Disconnect the electrical connectors, as necessary.
3. Remove the hinge pillar trim panels..
4. Remove the blower motor cover (4).
5. Remove the blower motor (3).
6. Remove the steering column.
7. Roll back the instrument panel.
8. Remove the recirculation actuator (19).
9. Remove the clips holding the air distribution case to the heater case.
10. Lift the blower motor case (1) from the heater case (8) and remove from the vehicle
11. Remove the recirculation door from the module case.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the recirculation door to the module case.
2. Install the blower motor case (1) into the vehicle and lower onto the heater case (8).
3. Install the clips holding the air distribution case to the heater case.
4. Install the recirculation actuator (19).
5. Roll forward the instrument panel.
6. Install the steering column.
7. Install the blower motor (3).
8. Install the blower motor cover (4).
9. Install the hinge pillar trim panels.
10. Connect the electrical connectors, as necessary.
11. Install the instrument panel storage compartment.
