Grille Replacement (Hood Mounted)

Removal Procedure




1. Open the hood.
2. Remove the nut/washer from the back of the hood.
3. Remove the grille from the studs on the back of the hood.




4. Remove the emblem nut from the back of the grille, if required.
5. Remove the emblem from the grille.

Installation Procedure





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

1. Use the nuts in order to install the emblem to the grille.

Tighten the nuts to 2 Nm (18 lb in).




2. Install the grille to the studs at the back of the hood.
3. Install the nut/washer assemblies to the studs.

Tighten the nuts to 5 Nm (44 lb in).

4. Close the hood.
