Headlamp Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the 2 screws (4) that hold the headlamp bezel (5).
2. Remove the 4 screws that hold the headlamp retaining ring (7).
3. Disconnect the headlamp electrical connector.
4. Remove the headlamp (6) from the mounting ring (8).

Installation Procedure




1. Connect the headlamp electrical connector.
2. Install the headlamp (6) into the mounting ring (8).
3. Install the headlamp retaining ring (7) with the 4 screws.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

4. Install the headlamp bezel (5) and the 4 screws (4).

Tighten the headlamp bezel screws to 1.9 Nm (17 lb in).
