Shutter Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Partially drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling Cooling System Draining and Filling.
2. Remove the electrical connector.




3. Remove the radiator shutter engine coolant sensor (1).

Installation Procedure





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

1. Install the radiator shutter engine coolant sensor (1).

Tighten the radiator shutter engine coolant sensor to 35 Nm (26 lb ft).

2. Install the electrical connector.
3. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling Cooling System Draining and Filling.
