121. Fuel Injection Control Module Installation

Fuel Injection Control Module Installation





1. Install the fuel injection control module bracket insulator.
2. Install the fuel injection control module bracket.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the fuel injection control module bracket bolts.
- Tighten the fuel injection control module bracket bolts to 21 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
4. Install the engine oil level tube bolt.
- Tighten the engine oil level tube bolt to 21 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).





5. Install the fuel injection control module insulator.
6. Install the fuel injection control module (6) with mounting insulators (2).
7. Install the fuel injection control module bolts (5).
- Tighten the fuel injection control module bolts to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
8. Install the eye bolts (4), washers and spacers to the fuel injection control module cooling hoses (3).
- Tighten the eye bolts to 34 Nm (25 ft. lbs.).
