Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor: Service and Repair

FUEL TANK PRESSURE SENSOR REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

CAUTION: Refer to Vehicle Lifting Caution in Service Precautions.




1. Raise the vehicle.
2. Remove the pickup box from the vehicle.
3. Remove the fuel tank pressure (FTP) sensor electrical connector.




4. Remove the fuel tank pressure sensor.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the fuel tank pressure sensor.




2. Install the fuel tank pressure sensor electrical connector.
3. Install the pickup box.
4. Lower the vehicle.
