Defroster Door Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove IP Carrier.
2. Remove the retaining screws from the heater/vent module cover.
3. Remove the heater/vent cover from heater/vent module.
4. Remove the defroster door linkage and actuator.
5. Remove the defroster door (2) door from the heater/vent module (1).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the defroster door (2) to the heater/vent module (1).
2. Install the defroster door linkage and actuator.
3. Install the retaining screws to the heater/vent cover.

Tighten
Tighten screws to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).

4. Install the IP carrier.
