Blower Motor Replacement - Auxiliary

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the auxiliary heater case from the vehicle.
2. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the auxiliary blower motor.
3. Remove the retainers from the auxiliary blower motor.
4. Remove the auxiliary blower motor from the heater case.
5. Remove the retaining clip from the fan cage.
6. Remove the fan cage from the auxiliary blower motor.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the fan cage to the auxiliary blower motor.
2. Install the retaining clip to the fan cage.
3. Install the auxiliary blower motor to the heater case.
4. Install the retainers to the auxiliary blower motor.
5. Connect the electrical connectors to the auxiliary blower motor.
6. Install the auxiliary heater case to the vehicle.
