Front Seat Lumbar Support Replacement (Luxury (Y91))

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the bucket seat from the vehicle. Refer to Bucket Seat Replacement (All Except Luxury) (Bucket Seat Replacement (All Except Luxury))Bucket Seat Replacement (Luxury Y91) (Bucket Seat Replacement (Luxury Y91)) .
2. Remove the seat back cover and pad from the seat back frame. Refer to Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement (All Except Luxury) (Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement (All Except Luxury))Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement (Luxury Y91) (Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement (Luxury Y91)) .




3. Disconnect the lumbar plate cable (1) from the lumbar plate.




4. Pull rearward on the lumbar plate corners to release it from the seat back frame.




5. Remove the lumbar plate from the seat back frame.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the lumbar plate to the seat back frame.




2. Snap the corners of the lumbar plate to the seat back frame.




3. Install the lumbar plate cable (1) to the lumbar plate.
4. Install the seat back cover and pad to the seat back frame. Refer to Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement (All Except Luxury) (Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement (All Except Luxury))Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement (Luxury Y91) (Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad Replacement (Luxury Y91)) .
5. Install the bucket seat in the vehicle. Refer to Bucket Seat Replacement (All Except Luxury) (Bucket Seat Replacement (All Except Luxury))Bucket Seat Replacement (Luxury Y91) (Bucket Seat Replacement (Luxury Y91)) .
