Piston Oil Cooling Nozzle Removal

Important: The piston oil nozzles are made of aluminum and are pressed fit into the block. Certain cleaning solutions can damage the nozzles. Do not damage the nozzle bore. Do not damage the cylinder bore or deck surface.





1. Remove the piston oil nozzles (1). Discard the used piston oil nozzles.





2. Using a brass drift, drive the piston oil nozzles (1) out of the block. Do not reuse the nozzles.
