Battery Tray Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the battery.
2. Remove the battery tray bolts.
3. Remove the battery tray nut.
4. Remove the battery tray from the wheelhouse.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the battery tray to the wheelhouse.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the battery tray bolts.

Tighten
Tighten the battery tray bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

3. Install the battery tray nut.

Tighten
Tighten the battery tray nut to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

4. Install the battery.
