Composite Pickup Box Endgate Panel Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the end gate from the vehicle. Refer to Endgate Replacement (Endgate Replacement)
2. Remove the handle assembly. Refer to Endgate Handle Replacement (Endgate Handle Replacement).




3. Remove the rosebud connectors at the bottom of the end gate.
4. Remove the pickup box end gate outer by tapping on the sides with a suitable tool.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the pickup box end gate outer by tapping on the sides with a suitable tool.




2. Install the rosebud connectors to the bottom of the end gate.
3. Install the handle assembly. Refer to Endgate Handle Replacement (Endgate Handle Replacement).
4. Install the end gate to the vehicle. Refer to Endgate Replacement (Endgate Replacement).
