Defroster Door Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the instrument panel assembly.
2. Remove the air distribution duct.
3. Disconnect the vacuum hoses from the defrost and mode actuators.
4. Remove the defrost actuator.
5. Remove the defroster door (2).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the defroster door (2).
2. Install the defrost actuator.
3. Connect the vacuum hoses to the defrost and mode actuators.
4. Install the air distribution duct.
5. Install the instrument panel assembly.
