Overhead Console Replacement - Front (Luxury Y91)

Removal Procedure





1. Open the garage-door opener assembly on the overhead console. Refer to Garage Door Opener Replacement (Luxury Y91).
2. Remove the screws from inside the garage door opener housing.
3. Position the video screen in the downward position.
4. Remove the screws that retain the video screen (1) to the overhead console (2).
5. Remove the overhead console from the headliner by pulling in a downward position in order to disengage the retaining clips.
6. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the overhead console.



Installation Procedure





1. Connect the electrical connectors to the overhead console.
2. Install the overhead console to the headliner by pushing up until the retaining clips engage.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

3. Install the screws that retain the video screen (1) to the overhead console (2).

Tighten the video screen screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

4. Position the video screen in the up position.
5. Install the screws into the garage door opener assembly.

Tighten the overhead console screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

6. Install the garage door opener. Refer to Garage Door Opener Replacement (Luxury Y91).
