Lubricate
    Steering and Suspension
      Or every 3 months, whichever occurs first. Lubricate the front suspension, kingpin bushings, ball joints, steering linkage, and rear driveline center splines.
Inspect
    Heat Shield, Exhaust
      Vehicles over 10,000 lbs. GVWR Only; Inspect shields and underhood insulation For damage or looseness. Adjust or replace as required.
    Fluid - Differential
      Inspect fluid level and add fluid as needed. 2500 and 3500 Series Only; If driving in dusty areas or towing a trailer, drain fluid and refill every 25 000 km (15,000 miles). More frequent lubrication may be required for heavy-duty or off-road use.
    Air Filter Element
      Inspect Engine Air Cleaner Filter Restriction Indicator. Inspect the air cleaner filter if vehicle is driven in dusty conditions. Replace the filter if necessary.
Replace
    Oil Filter, Engine
      Or every 3 months, whichever occurs first.
    Fuel Filter
    Engine Oil
      Or every 3 months, whichever occurs first.
Clean/Repack
    Wheel Bearing
      Clean and repack the front wheel bearings (or at each brake relining whichever occurs first).
